Job summary

Olympia is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to maintain complete aircraft documentation and records, acting as the main contact for customers on documentation matters.

You will coordinate with engineers and technical teams, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements in documentation management.

Qualifications

  • Monitor the completeness and accuracy of technical records.
  • Support the Continuing Airworthiness team with administrative tasks and data management.

Job description

As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the complete technical documentation and records of aircraft. You act as the central point of contact for documentation-related matters and ensure that all aircraft records, files, and technical data remain accurate, compliant, and current.

This is a technical and administrative coordination role, where attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication are essential. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and various technical departments to ensure documentation standards are consistently met.

Where will you work?

You will join a leading independent aircraft maintenance organization located in the Maastricht region. Working alongside aircraft in an international environment, you will be part of a close-knit team with short communication lines and a strong focus on quality and professionalism.

What will you do?
  • Maintain and manage the complete technical documentation and records of aircraft
  • Ensure all aircraft dossiers, files, and data are accurate, up to date, and compliant with applicable requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding aircraft documentation
  • Coordinate documentation activities with engineers and other technical departmentsMonitor the completeness and accuracy of technical records
  • Support the Continuing Airworthiness team with administrative and documentation-related activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and data management
Who are you?
  • You have at least a bachelor's degree (HBO) level of thinking and working, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
  • You have an affinity with aviation
  • You are socially skilled and communicate easily with customers and colleagues
  • You are highly accurate and administratively strong

What can you expect?
  • A salary starting from approximately €3,325 gross per month (including ADV compensation), with further growth depending on your knowledge and experience
  • 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (maximum 60 km per day)
