Job summary

OTC Flow, established in 2018, is a leading trading and brokerage house focusing on sustainable energy markets. We seek a Middle Officer to support trade execution, lifecycle management, and post-trade operations on our trading floor.

You will collaborate with Sales Trading, Risk, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate bookings and efficient processes while helping optimize our proprietary trading tools with the Development team. Fluency in German is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; strong analytical mindset.
2–3 years in middle office, trade support, or post-trade operations in finance/energy sectors.
Interest or experience in energy markets and post-trade processes; ability to manage trade workflows.

Responsibilities

Enter, maintain, and manage trade tickets across energy/environmental markets.
Provide end-to-end trade support including confirmations, registry transfers, settlements, and payments.
Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Finance to ensure compliance and accurate trade booking.
Monitor trade flows and assist with daily risk and management reporting.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Development to improve systems and processes.
Support system optimization with Tech/Development for smoother workflows.
