iwell is seeking a Software Engineer for the Optimisation Team in Utrecht. You will shape real-world energy problems into production-ready Python code, building schedulers for EV fleets, batteries and grids while keeping a focus on operational reliability and maintainability.

You will work with data, forecasting or optimisation models, push code to production, monitor results and collaborate with the team on tooling, data pipelines and modelling conventions.

Formación

• 5+ years of production Python development experience.
• Ability to translate real-world problems into code.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data, modelling or forecasting is a plus.
• Interest in energy, batteries or electricity domain is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Create production Python code translating operational problems into schedulers.
• Build forecasting or modelling components used in production.
• Package, deploy, monitor and perform bugfixes for production
• Collaborate with the Optimisation team on data pipelines and conventions.
