Job summary

TMC in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep critical energy infrastructure projects on track within a hybrid work setup. You’ll align people, materials and schedules, delegate work packages, and monitor progress using project management systems.

You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong IT skills (Microsoft 365), excellent Dutch communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset to help optimise processes and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience as project coordinator or similar role.
• Affinity with technology; energy/infrastructure knowledge a plus.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills at all levels; able to engage technicians and contractors.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Independent but team-oriented and proactive in improving processes.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work packages for internal and external teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust via project management systems.
• Coordinate technical issues with specialists.
• Ensure material supply, planning and resources.
• Manage schedules of technical specialists.
• Keep documentation and reporting up to date.
