Job summary

ASML Berlin GmbH is seeking an Operation Planner (Planning and Control) to drive end-to-end improvements in our logistics and warehouse operations. You will balance workload, coordinate shipments, and manage inventory to support production demands with a strong focus on timely delivery.

You will work in a two-shift support schedule, leveraging SAP, Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and implement improvements across Wave Planning, Pack & Ship Planning and Inventory Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on in a technical production/warehouse environment.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and balance workload within warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipment of machines, parts, and commercial packages; track progress.
• Control inventory and ensure stock availability in the warehouse.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the value chain.
