Job summary

ASML Berlin GmbH is seeking an Inventory Management Planner to support the material flow and stock accuracy in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will manage demand-driven material availability and ensure timely deliveries, while actively identifying improvement opportunities in the value chain.

The role requires hands-on logistics experience in a technical production setting, SAP proficiency, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. A 2-shift schedule with occasional weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of experience within Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
• Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: problem solving mythologies.
• SAP knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability based on demand needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of all needed materials.
• Predict and prevent inventory related challenges.
• Align on capacity vs. demand in the logistical process.
• Set priorities for stock transfer orders.
• Report on performance and set actions when needed.
• Cycle Counting.
• Define and improve inventory related processes.
• Participate and/or drive continuous improvement projects.
• Interact with stakeholders.
