• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline.
• PRINCE2 or PMP project/program management certification.
• 8+ years SAP S/4HANA implementation in a lead role.
• 5+ years leading streams in large international transformations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as accountable Procurement Business Lead for the S2C stream in governance forums.
• Maintain stream roadmap, milestones, RAID, and resource planning.
• Drive timely decisions through governance structures.
• Coordinate participation across design, data validation, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare.
• Bridge business stakeholders, IT, and Change Management.
• Oversee UAT input, test data, defects, and sign-off.
• Oversee S2C data migration and data quality checks.

SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Contract (S2C) Procurement Business Lead - Hybrid - Amsterdam

Are you a seasoned Procurement Business Lead with deep expertise in Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes and large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations? Are you ready to act as the key business interface and drive end-to-end procurement stream delivery across a global organization?

For a major international enterprise, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA S2C Procurement Business Lead. In this accountable leadership role, you will represent the S2C stream's interests in global program governance and cross-functional forums. You will bridge the gap between the transformation program, implementation partners, Procurement stakeholders, IT, and process owners. You will be responsible for defining roadmaps, driving decision-making, overseeing data migration and testing (UAT), and leading business readiness and user onboarding for the S/4HANA deployment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable Procurement Business Lead for the Source-to-Contract (S2C) stream, representing business interests in program governance and cross-stream forums
• Maintain the stream roadmap, key milestones, resource planning, interdependencies, decisions, risks, issues, and mitigation actions (RAID management)
• Drive timely business decision-making and elevate unresolved matters through established governance structures
• Coordinate active business participation across design validation, data validation, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare phases
• Act as the primary business interface between program leadership, implementation teams, Procurement stakeholders, IT, process owners, and Change Management representatives
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) input, including test scenarios, scripts, test data, defect prioritization, validation, and sign-off
• Provide oversight and progress reporting on S2C Data Migration activities and data quality checks
• Conduct comprehensive business-readiness assessments covering processes, roles, system access, data, training, communications, support, and cutover
• Facilitate training sessions, change initiatives, and user onboarding to SAP S/4HANA

Profile and Requirements

You are a strategic, highly structured, and communicative lead with strong executive reporting and workshop facilitation skills. You excel in matrix environments, driving consensus among cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related discipline
• Recognized project or program management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
• At least 5 years of experience leading business streams or workstreams in large international transformation programs
• Strong Source-to-Contract (S2C) domain knowledge and at least 8 years of practical SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in a lead role (covering testing, migration, and deployment)
• Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and workshop facilitation
• Full fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Procurement Excellence, procurement transformation, and operating within international matrix organizations
• Background in functional consulting, driving procurement tool implementations from inception to delivery
