Job summary

Steinweg Group in Rotterdam, a leading logistics provider, is implementing SAP S/4HANA and seeks a Business Process Lead to oversee quoting, sales agreements, order management and settlement end-to-end.

You will shape global processes, collaborate with Global Process Owners, functional consultants and IT, and translate business needs into scalable process designs while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across warehousing, transport and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP/TMS environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, improve and document global processes for quoting, sales agreements, order intake, order management and settlement.
• Design how customer service translates requirements into orders for service delivery units.
• Lead as-is and to-be analyses, drive process improvements and translate gaps into solution requirements.
