Job summary

MAKE — Shared Production Studio for Omnicom in the Netherlands is recruiting a Junior Producer to support the production team on TV commercials, branded content and integrated productions.

You will work under an experienced producer, handling smaller projects, timelines, budgets and delivery, while learning on larger productions with creatives, clients and partners.

The ideal candidate has Dutch and English fluency, strong organisation, a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in production.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant production experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support producers on larger projects and manage smaller jobs with guidance.
• Translate briefs into production plans, schedules and budgets.
• Assist with production research, planning and preparation.
• Coordinate with production partners and freelancers.
• Own production timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Help manage budgets and flag scope changes or issues.
