Job summary

Benk Projects in the Netherlands seeks a Project Leader to supervise infrastructure projects, coach the team, and coordinate executives and engineers. You will manage finances, monitor production, and drive cost control while supporting customers and suppliers.

Reports and aftercare liaison with stakeholders are part of the role. The Project Leader reports to the operations manager and benefits from a dedicated consultant and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education or equivalent is required.
• Proven work experience in a similar project leadership role.
• Knowledge of UAV-GC or similar contract forms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise infrastructure projects and coach the team.
• Coordinate executives, project engineers and work planners.
• Oversee financial processing, monitor production and costs.
• Support customer and supplier discussions and analyze deviations.
• Provide reports and act as liaison for aftercare and evaluations.
