Job summary

Benk Projects in the Netherlands seeks a Project Leader to supervise infrastructure projects, coach the team, and coordinate executives and engineers. You will manage finances, monitor production, and drive cost control while supporting customers and suppliers.

Reports and aftercare liaison with stakeholders are part of the role. The Project Leader reports to the operations manager and benefits from a dedicated consultant and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education or equivalent is required.
• Proven work experience in a similar project leadership role.
• Knowledge of UAV-GC or similar contract forms is preferred.

Job description

As project leader you supervise infrastructure projects, coaching and motivating your team. You coordinate the work of the executives, project engineers and (future) work planners.

In doing so, you will also take care of the financial processing, keeping a close eye on production and costs.

You support customer and supplier discussions, analyze deviations and make adjustments where necessary. In addition, you act as a safety net for the implementers who can come to you with questions.

You will provide reports, file projects and act as a liaison for aftercare and evaluations with stakeholders.

The project manager reports to the operations manager.
