Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications EMEI based in Rotterdam to lead integrated communications across Europe, the Middle East and other regions. The role provides senior counsel to business leaders and shapes strategies that support priorities, protect reputation, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of communications experience with strong writing, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience managing communications professionals at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications strategies across EMEI with regional and global leaders to align priorities and protect reputation.
• Serve as a senior advisor on strategic projects and high-impact initiatives across the region.
• Oversee External Communications, Government Relations, and Employee Communications across the region, especially Europe.
• Provide strategic counsel to leaders on stakeholder engagement and issues management.
• Ensure crisis readiness and act as Public Information Officer on the Crisis Management Team when needed.
