Job summary

Arc'teryx is seeking a Wholesale Demand Planner - EMEA to own regional and account-level demand forecasts, linking wholesale signals to supply and inventory decisions. You’ll transform orderbook dynamics, commitments, and launches into a forward-looking demand view and build forecasting processes for a growing global brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, or Forecasting, preferably retail/wholesale.
• Strong forecasting experience including statistical methods and baseline/account-level forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability to identify risks and mitigation steps.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills; translate outputs into business recommendations.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs and how they connect to demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a rolling 12-18-month demand forecast at regional and account level.
• Generate baseline statistical forecasts and reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up projections.
• Evaluate orderbook activity, sell-through, POS data, and market trends to improve forecast quality.
• Participate in monthly IBP cycle to build aligned consensus demand plan.
• Own forecast accuracy and bias; drive continuous improvement.
• Drive forecast governance with documented assumptions, risks, and changes.
