Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager Brand Marketing to lead the EMEA Visualization business. You will guide a team of seasoned professionals and partner with Sales Enablement to set strategic direction and grow market share.

You’ll drive branding, lifecycle management, and cross‑regional coordination within a matrix organization. With a strong background in international Marketing/Brand Management, you will shape the annual strategy, build KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of work experience in international marketing/brand management within MedTech or healthcare.
• Experience coaching/mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
• Strong project leadership with timely outcomes and growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of about 4 direct and 9 indirect reports.
• Define and execute the annual and long‑range marketing strategy for EMEA Visualization.
• Align marketing with sales priorities and drive market growth.
• Develop relationships with industry thought leaders and customers.
• Oversee market access, government affairs and health‑economics initiatives.
• Manage branding, messaging, pricing, and portfolio development.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing on upstream/downstream projects.
• Develop metrics to evaluate impact and financial performance.
