Job summary

Stryker in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager Brand Marketing to lead the EMEA Visualization business, shaping strategy and guiding a team of marketers, product managers, and sales enablement professionals. You will drive growth through market insights, launches, and lifecycle management across the region.

You will partner with sales and education teams, champion market access initiatives, and ensure strong branding, pricing, and messaging aligned with regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of work experience in international Marketing/Brand Management in MedTech/Healthcare.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
• Ability to lead/manage marketing projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Sophisticated collaborator and networker in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from diverse markets.
• Strong strategic-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures.
• Impeccable ethics and integrity with confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 40%.
• MBA is preferred.
• Capital Equipment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn the portfolio and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of ~4 direct reports and 9 indirect reports.
• Define and execute annual and long-range marketing strategy for EMEA Visualization.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales to align marketing and commercial priorities.
• Develop relationships with thought leaders and customers to gain insights.
• Lead market access, government affairs and health-economics initiatives.
• Define and execute regional product life cycles including launches.
• Partner with Portfolio teams for new product development and extensions.
• Lead commercialization planning for new products.
• Manage branding, messaging, positioning and pricing.
• Identify education and brand experience opportunities for internal and external audiences.
• Create EMEA-wide customer engagement events.
• Develop KOLs for the brand.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing on upstream/downstream projects.
• Develop metrics to evaluate marketing impact and build P&L expertise.
• Provide analysis of performance and mitigate actions.
• Identify cross-region opportunities to drive growth.
