Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager Brand Marketing to lead the EMEA Visualization business. You will guide a seasoned team across Brand, Product Management and Sales Enablement, aligning strategy with growth and market share goals.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, thought leaders and key customers to deliver impactful marketing plans and product life cycles, while driving profitability and value across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of work experience in international Marketing/Brand areas.
• Experience coaching/mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
• Ability to lead/manage marketing projects for growth.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative and well-networked within a matrixed org.
• Experience with multiple markets/cultures.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytics and problem solving.
• Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures.
• Impeccable ethics and integrity with confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with portfolio and build stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of ~4 direct and 9 indirect reports.
• Define and execute annual and long-range marketing plan for EMEA Visualization.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales to align marketing with commercial priorities.
• Develop relationships with industry thought leaders and customers.
• Lead regional product life cycles, launches and phase-outs.
• Partner with Portfolio teams for new products and M&A activity.
• Oversee commercialization planning for new product development.
