Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Senior Manager Brand Marketing to lead the EMEA Visualization business, shaping strategy, guiding a multi‑tier team, and partnering with Sales to drive growth and market share. This role requires extensive marketing leadership experience within MedTech, excellent English communication, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in international Marketing/Brand Management, etc.
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
• Ability to lead marketing projects to ensure timely outcomes and growth.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Collaborator within a matrixed organization with strong networking.
• Experience relating to stakeholders across markets and cultures.
• Strong strategic-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Learn the portfolio and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and inspire a team of ~4 direct and 9 indirect reports.
• Define and execute annual and long-range marketing strategy for EMEA Visualization.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales to align marketing and commercial priorities.
• Develop relationships with industry thought leaders and key customers.
• Oversee regional product life cycles including launches and phase-outs.
• Partner with Portfolio teams on new product development and extensions.
• Lead branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing for assigned brands.
• Create scalable customer engagement events across EMEA.
• Develop KOLs for the brand.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing on upstream and downstream projects.
• Track metrics to evaluate marketing impact and influence business performance.
• Identify cross-regional opportunities to drive growth.
