Job summary

Lam Research in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Regional Trade Operations Analyst to ensure shipping documentation compliance for international and intra-European shipments. The role blends on-site collaboration with remote work in a hybrid model.

You will audit import/export declarations, collaborate with customs brokers and authorities, and drive improvements in trade compliance across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Trade Compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA Customs Regulations and U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong experience in international logistics and customs compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Additional language skills, such as German, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support internal audit functions related to import and export trade declarations and compliance protocols.
• Plan, execute, and report internal and external trade compliance audits.
• Collaborate with customs brokers and authorities to ensure 100% compliance.
• Oversee EMEA customs trade declarations and export filing processes.
• Review KPIs and regulatory changes with brokers and internal teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for EMEA customs brokers.
