Job summary
Apollo Tyres Ltd is seeking a Supply Planning Manager (EU) to lead production and import planning for PCR, TBR, OHT and SM from Amsterdam. You will manage a team of four and align with global supply chain stakeholders to maximize product availability while controlling stock levels.
The role requires 8+ years in supply chain planning in a technical industry, strong knowledge of Demand Planning, S&OP and SAP, and excellent analytical and leadership skills in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in quantitative field
- 8+ years in supply chain planning and production in a technical industry
- Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and Replenishment
- Experience with SAP ERP and advanced Excel
- Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop production plans for PCR, TBR, OHT, and SM based on demand forecast
- Coordinate import planning including procurement and logistics
- Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost
- Lead a team of 4 and drive continuous improvement in planning processes
