Job summary

Intralox in Wehl, the Netherlands, seeks a Sourcing Category Manager for the EMEA Equipment Business to shape sourcing strategies for technical products and components.

You will lead negotiations, manage supplier performance, and coordinate with U.S.-based Category Managers, influencing decisions across regions.

This role requires a decade of sourcing experience, fluent Dutch and English, and a hands-on, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or supplier management.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and supplier negotiations.
• Proven ability to build supplier relationships and improve performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset navigating cross-regional organizations.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategies to maximize value and growth.
• Coordinate with global Category Managers (U.S.-based) on worldwide categories.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contracting activities.
• Manage supplier performance to improve quality, delivery, cost.
• Establish and optimize sourcing processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to align decisions.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply-chain risks.
