Job summary

Aon is seeking a seasoned Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA. You will set the strategic direction for analytics across the region, drive client engagements and lead a multi‑geography team to quantify and finance risk exposures while improving resilience and capital efficiency.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative analytics solutions, support major pursuits, and advance next‑gen tools such as Analyzer and Diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting within a consulting, insurance, reinsurance or related professional services environment.
• Proven track record leading client‑facing analytics initiatives and translating technical solutions into commercial value.
• Demonstrated success mentoring teams across geographies.
• Strong partner management and engagement with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions and Client Leadership teams to bring analytics‑led solutions to clients.
• Support business development and major client pursuits by articulating value of analytics capabilities.
• Drive development and deployment of next‑generation analytics tools and capabilities.
• Foster innovation in climate, cyber, AI, political risk, supply chain disruption and other risks.
• Establish standard approaches, tools and methodologies for analytics delivery.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights to support client decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team across geographies.
• Develop and deliver RFA growth, investment and profitability strategies.
