Job summary

Aon is seeking a strategic Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for the EMEA region. You will set the analytics and risk-financing direction, engage with senior clients, and drive growth across multiple geographies while building innovative analytics capabilities.

You will lead a diverse team, partner across practices, and shape the client-facing analytics strategy to quantify, finance and optimise risk exposures for large multinational organisations across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting within a professional services environment.
• Track record of leading client-facing analytics initiatives and translating technical solutions into business value.
• Experience mentoring teams across geographies and managing stakeholders at senior levels.
• Strong partner management and influencing skills with executives and clients.
• Degree in a quantitative field; postgraduate qualification would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to deliver analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development with client pursuits and tenders; articulate value of analytics capabilities.
• Lead development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools and solutions like Analyzer and Diagnostics.
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas and establish standard analytic methodologies across the region.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights to help clients make better decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing multi-geography analytics team.
