Job summary

The Regional Financial Controller (RFC) will join the finance team at Bolder Group in Amsterdam, reporting to the Head of Finance for EMEA. You will oversee internal accounting, assist with client accounting services, and lead ad hoc finance projects across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, reconciliations, VAT filings, and support audits while guiding junior staff and collaborating with tax advisors to ensure compliant and timely financial

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial services role.
• Industry familiarity with corporate and fund services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multi-jurisdictional environments and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for group entities across EMEA.
• Oversee recording of accounting entries; monitor AR balances and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and assist with VAT filings.
• Lead and guide staff on invoicing and accounts payable processes.
• Support with annual budget drafting and group audit processes.
