Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Brand Manager, Patient Care to lead the bed portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will blend strategic brand management with hands-on execution, leveraging market insights to drive growth and adoption of our Patient Care bed portfolio.

You will partner with regional marketing, product managers and sales to shape lifecycle activities, campaigns and education initiatives, while presenting plans to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Professional experience in a B2B environment.
• Fluent in English; additional local language is a plus.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare or B2B marketing is a plus.
• Experience developing marketing plans and measuring marketing performance.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Care bed brand across EMEA, guiding strategy and execution.
• Develop annual marketing plans and long-term roadmaps with regional and local teams.
• Analyse business performance, TAM, margins, pipeline and opportunities to guide priorities.
• Create scalable marketing campaigns, tools, assets and best practices for regional teams.
• Collaborate with regional product managers, local marketers and sales to address market needs.
• Support lifecycle activities: launches, phase‑in/out, positioning and pricing.
• Develop customer engagement and education initiatives with Marketing and Education partners.
• Present portfolio strategy and priorities to internal and external audiences.
