Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced EMEA Services Power Distribution Trainer to deliver technical training on Power Distribution products, systems and services across the EMEA region. You will train Eaton employees, Authorized Service Partners, contractors and customers both in classroom and virtual formats.

As SME, you will develop and update curricula, collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Service Operations, Marketing and Sales, and ensure training content meets evolving standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or EQF Level 4 technical qualification.
• 5+ years hands-on MV testing or field service experience.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems including switchgear, transformers, motors.
• Electrical safety knowledge incl. EN 50110.
• Strong presentation, communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience creating training materials with Office/Teams/digital tools.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on Eaton Power Distribution products to employees, ASPs, contractors and customers.
• Act as SME and transfer knowledge via classroom, virtual and hands-on training.
• Develop and update training materials and programs for PD products.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Service Operations, Marketing and Sales.
• Coordinate training events including setup, scheduling, travel.
