Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Distribution, Services, or Switchgear Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MV switchgear and protection relays.
• Experience with SCADA systems, RTUs, digital control architectures, and RMUs.
• Hands-on experience with protection relay programming, configuration, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering activities for MV and LV switchgear retrofit projects, with a focus on control, protection, and digital systems.
• Deliver solutions involving SCADA integration, protection relays, trip units, RTUs, RMUs, and digital secondary systems.
• Support relay programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, and on-site project activities. Design and integrate SCADA-ready control architectures and remote-control solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to service teams across EMEA.
• Conduct site assessments and customer visits to define project scope and execution requirements.
• Act as a technical champion for switchgear controls, protection, and digital systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and the standardization of retrofit solutions.
