Job summary

Uber is seeking a seasoned People Partner to support employees across EMEA, with a focus on the Netherlands. You will advise managers and staff on performance, engagement, and employee relations while using data to drive improvements in HR delivery.

You will collaborate with ER, Benefits, People Operations, Systems, Analytics, and HRBPs to ensure a consistent employee experience and support key processes like talent reviews and organizational changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience (e.g., HR Generalist, People Partner, Advisor, Business Partner).
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment practices; broader European HR knowledge preferred.
• Experience advising managers and employees on complex or sensitive HR matters.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on people matters including performance, engagement, employee relations, and organizational health.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement in HR delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional People teams, including ER, Benefits, People Operations, Systems, Analytics, and HRBPs, to deliver a consistent employee experience.
• Support key People processes and initiatives, including talent reviews, performance cycles, organizational changes, and local priorities.
• Apply knowledge of Dutch and European employment practices to support practical, compliant, and business-focused solutions.
• Build scalable ways of working by simplifying, improving, and automating processes where possible.
