Job summary

Brooks is seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to drive premium platform partnerships across Europe, manage deployment of PPP seasonal calendars, and build strong relationships with buyers and merchandisers to fuel growth. You will work cross-functionally with Direct Business, Marketing, and Merchandising to translate EMEA strategies into platform plans and optimize visibility and pricing.

This role requires pan-European travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in digital retail or marketplace environments.
• Proven experience managing marketplace/platform partners (e.g., Zalando, Amazon, or similar).
• Strong track record of delivering commercial results and building long-term partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership mindset across revenue, margin, and full-price performance.
• Highly data-driven with the ability to translate performance data into clear actions and decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital retail drivers including traffic, conversion, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work in cross-functional, international environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
• Travel 20% within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue delivery and marketplace KPIs across assigned accounts.
• Implement seasonal strategies, revenue forecasts, and product sales aligned with EMEA targets.
• Analyze marketplace performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Optimize digital shelf execution across platforms, including visibility, assortment, and content quality.
• Support pricing and promotional execution in line with Brooks’ strategy.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and drive account strategies.
• Lead meetings and support QBRs with PPP stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Direct Business Planner, and Merchandising to align execution with strategy.
