Job summary

Stryker in the Netherlands seeks a Marketing Associate for Clinical Education to drive internal and external education, turning clinical evidence into high-impact content for the Peripheral Vascular division in EMEA. You will support workshops, programs and field education while collaborating with sales, medical and events teams.

You will participate in curriculum development, coordinate events, and help deliver content across formats (in-person, virtual, on-demand).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, health care, life sciences or related fields.
• Ability to manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and presentation skills in English.
• Strong adaptability, detail-orientation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal/external educational content for sales teams and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with Events & Congress Planning for workshops and educational programs.
• Support creation of marketing collateral and sales tools.
• Organize logistics for internal/external events, ensuring compliance.
• Assist in delivering education in-person, virtual or on-demand formats.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Marketing, Sales and Events teams.
• Provide timely responses to customer and Sales inquiries.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and budget basics.
