Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate for Clinical Education in the Peripheral Vascular division. You will translate clinical data into engaging content and training for sales teams and healthcare professionals. The role offershybrid work and broad collaboration across Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, and Events.

You will support curriculum development, coordinate events, and help deliver education in multiple formats while ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal/external education and enablement initiatives.
• Develop educational content from clinical evidence for stakeholders.
• Coordinate events, workshops and training activities.
• Support Marketing/Clinical Education with collateral and tools.
• Manage logistics and ensure compliance for events.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
