Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate for Clinical Education to drive internal and external education and enablement across the Peripheral Vascular division in EMEA. You will translate clinical evidence into impactful content and training for sales teams and healthcare professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.

You will support workshops, educational programs, and field support while coordinating events and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in marketing, business administration, healthcare, life sciences or any other relevant fields.
• Ability to accurately and effectively manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.
• Ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• You have flexibility to travel as this position involves supporting initiatives in the field. Travel: 60%.

Responsibilities

• Learn about products/therapies and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of disease states, guidelines, clinical data, and treatment options.
• Understand key competitors and customer groups/needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop educational content for internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and execution of events, congresses, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Deliver educational content in in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats.
• Support development of marketing collaterals and sales tools/materials.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, Events and Congress Planning.
• Respond timely to customer and Sales inquiries.
• Support budget understanding and basic financial principles.
