Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate for Clinical Education in the EMEA region. You will drive internal/external education, translate clinical data into high-impact content, and support educational programs for sales teams and healthcare professionals.

You will collaborate across Medical Education, Marketing and Events, coordinate workshops, and help deliver education in multiple formats while maintaining compliance and budget awareness. This role offers a hybrid work model and field travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, healthcare, life sciences or related field.
• Ability to manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills with proficiency in English.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.
• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Learn products and therapies, build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop educational content for internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate and support events, congresses and educational programs.
• Deliver educational content in in-person, virtual and on-demand formats.
• Develop marketing collaterals and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Marketing, Sales and Events teams.
• Respond to customer and Sales inquiries promptly.
• Support faculty engagements and budget-related activities.
