Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and learn about products and patient pathways.
• Understand marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting and positioning.
• Build knowledge of customer needs and market trends to support strategy.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing programmes and events.
• Support sales tools and sales enablement materials as needed.
• Perform market analysis and provide insights.
• Coordinate internal and external events and educational programmes.
• Respond timely to customer and Sales inquiries.
• Assist in contract management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
