Job summary

Fliteboard, supported by Brunswick Corporation, is seeking a Logistics Planner to lead product flow planning across Europe from Amsterdam. As lead planner for EMEA, you will coordinate with the Verviers warehouse and internal teams, traveling regularly to maintain strong partnerships.

You will manage import/export documentation, inventory accuracy, and order release with a proactive approach and a focus on customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics planning or inventory control
• Hands-on experience with import/export in EMEA
• Strong systems skills: WMS, CRM, Shopify and Salesforce, plus advanced Excel
• High attention to detail and proactive problem solving
• Clear, professional English and French communication
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Amsterdam–Verviers

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound containers and transfers, pre-advise the warehouse and manage import customs clearance
• Own Flite’s online inventory: daily reconciliation with the warehouse and stock adjustments
• Plan and prioritise customer, dealer and internal orders daily and release before daily cut-off
• Ensure complete export documents: invoices, declarations, certificates of origin, dangerous goods paperwork
• Be the main contact for customers and dealers post-dispatch, resolve delivery issues
• Coordinate returns from instruction to processing and keep teams informed
• Lead weekly operational review with the 3PL partner; track service levels and inventory accuracy
• Continuously improve logistics processes, documentation and reporting
