Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux B.V. is seeking an HS&E Expert – EMEA (m/f) for a full-time role based in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. The role provides regional oversight, guidance and coordination across the EMEA organisation, connecting local HSE managers and leads and supporting the rollout of regional initiatives.

You will report to the SVP Global Markets – EMEA and travel regularly across the EMEA region, ensuring consistent HS&E standards while maintaining local accountability in each entity.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional HSE qualification such as NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the EMEA HS&E roadmap and support its local implementation.
• Coach local HSE Managers and leaders on HS&E policies and practices.
• Conduct site visits, audits and compliance reviews across entities.
• Guide risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strengthen safety culture and local capability through coaching and training.
• Monitor regional HS&E performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel regularly across the EMEA region.
