Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Benelux B.V. (Dordrecht) is seeking an HS&E Expert - EMEA to provide regional oversight, guidance and coordination across the EMEA organization.

You will connect local HSE managers, support rollout of initiatives and ensure consistent HS&E standards. This full-time role involves frequent travel within the EMEA region and reporting to the SVP Global Markets - EMEA, with local entities maintaining day-to-day accountability for HS&E.

Qualifications

• Recognized professional HSE qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification.
• Relevant HSE experience within a complex, international or multi-site matrix organization.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing or another operational environment.
• Practical experience with HS&E management systems, risk assessments, audits, incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written; German or another European language is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the EMEA HS&E roadmap, aligned with global and regional priorities, and support its local implementation.
• Coach local HSE Managers, Leads and operational leaders on HS&E policies, management systems, legislation and safe working practices.
• Conduct site visits, audits and compliance reviews, supporting local entities during corporate, customer, certification and regulatory audits.
• Guide local teams on risk assessments, incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions, escalating significant or recurring gaps when required.
• Strengthen safety culture and local capability through coaching, training, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the EMEA HSE community.
• Monitor and analyse regional HS&E performance, provide management reporting and drive continuous improvement. Regular travel across EMEA is required.
