Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc. is seeking an EMEA eCommerce Intern to support the Content and AEO team, focusing on strengthening and optimizing BrooksRunning.eu. You'll review, organize, and improve site content while researching competitors to drive conversion-focused storytelling.

You will gain hands-on CMS experience, manage workflows with Jira, and collaborate with the eCommerce Operations Manager on site projects and enhancements. This internship runs for 6 months from January 2027.

Qualifications

University student in business studies and/or marketing.
Interest in eCommerce, content, digital transformation, web development.
Excellent English communication skills.
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution.
Aptitude for organizing, flexibility, and producing results.

Responsibilities

Support Content and AEO team with reviewing, organizing, and optimizing website content.
Work within the CMS to create, update, and publish content, meeting deadlines.
Help manage workflows via Jira and support efficient team execution.
Perform QA checks for content accuracy, localization, and user experience.
Conduct competitor research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support website projects and enhancements alongside the eCommerce Operations Manager.
Assist with market research, UGC curation, and maintaining key landing pages (Run Hub).
Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce and Marketing teams to understand the digital ecosystem.
