Job summary

BrooksRunning is offering an EMEA eCommerce Intern role in Amsterdam to support content optimization and CMS workflows. You will review, organize, and publish site content, while using Jira to track tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Gain hands-on experience with CMS, content localization, and competitor insights to improve storytelling and site performance, under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• University student in business studies and/or marketing.
• Interest in eCommerce, content, digital transformation, web development.
• Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of task.
• Demonstrated ability to connect the dots and find creative solutions to problems.
• Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
• Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate and react to changing plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional European languages are considered a plus.
• Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Content and AEO team with reviewing, organizing, and optimizing website content.
• Work within the CMS to create, update, and publish content, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Help manage workflows via Jira, tracking tasks and supporting efficient team execution.
• Perform regular QA checks to ensure content accuracy, proper localization, and a smooth user experience.
• Conduct competitor research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support website projects and enhancements alongside the eCommerce Operations Manager.
• Assist with market research, UGC curation (e.g. Pixlee), and maintaining key landing pages (e.g. Run Hub).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce and Marketing teams to understand the full digital ecosystem.
