Job summary
New Balance is seeking a Site Content Intern in Amsterdam to support digital content and product readiness across all EMEA websites. You will work with Trading, Design, and CRM to ensure launches go live accurately and on time, contributing to a strong onsite experience.
You will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, content localization, campaign execution and basic performance analysis using Power BI and ContentSquare, while learning project coordination tools like Airtable
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business or similar.
- Strong interest in Ecommerce and digital content.
Responsibilities
- Execute product and content updates in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (copy, imagery, pricing).
- Assist with onsite activities: content publishing/updates, landing pages, localization, visual merchandising, campaigns.
- Collaborate with Trading, CRM, and Design to align campaign execution.
- Request and update translations for European markets.
- Monitor basic metrics using Power BI and ContentSquare (conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement).
- Support reporting and share insights for campaign improvements.
- Use Airtable and Asana for project coordination and team communication.
- Assist with ad-hoc Ecommerce content and campaign tasks.
