Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Demand Planner to govern and set the Demand Plan for a subset of the Navico Group portfolio in the EMEA region. You will partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to build accurate forecasts and ensure the right products are available at the right time across multiple brands.

You will analyze forecast accuracy, coordinate NPIs and promo activity, and present insights during Demand Reviews.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons using o9 Solutions.
• Analyze forecast accuracy by comparing actual demand versus forecast and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, and Marketing to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into the forecast.
• Identify demand trends, seasonality, and other influencing factors through data analysis.
• Integrate NPIs, product discontinuations, and promotions into the forecast.
• Prepare and present demand insights during Demand Reviews with cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluate feasibility of promotional and commercial plans with Supply Planning and Production.
• Communicate forecast changes and demand signals to Supply Planning for timely responses.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SIOP process.
