Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Navico Group in Amsterdam seeks a Demand Planner to govern the Demand Plan for a subset of the portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Category/Product Management and Supply Planning to build forecasts that support the EMEA region and ensure the right products are available when needed.

Requirements: 3+ years in demand planning or forecasting, fluent English, strong analytics, Excel, knowledge of SIOP; o9 and Power BI preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years in demand planning, forecasting, or comparable analytical supply chain role.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SIOP and components of SIOP process.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple levels and horizons using o9 Solutions.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into forecasts.
• Identify demand trends, seasonality, and influencing factors through data analysis.
• Incorporate NPIs, discontinuations, and promotions into the forecast.
• Present demand insights during Demand Reviews and support cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluate feasibility of promotional and commercial plans with Supply Planning.
• Communicate forecast changes and signals to Supply Planning for timely responses.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the SIOP process.
