Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Credit Controller-EMEA for a 1-year temporary role based in Hoofddorp. The role focuses on owner master data and invoices, with the German market as the main focus and fluency in Dutch and English required. SAP, Excel, and strong communication are essential.

You will support monthly closings, generate reports, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate cash inflow and excellent customer service across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related study.
• At least two years of relevant working experience as a credit controller.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel.
• Effective communicator with strong negotiating and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Credit Control team, focusing on pet owner master data and invoices.
• Speak Dutch and English fluently; additional German or Portuguese is a plus.
• Pull metrics, reports, direct debit runs, and support monthly closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a great customer experience.
