Worley in the EMEA region is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs to lead integrated regional support, partnering with the EMEA President and UK SVP. You will provide strategic counsel, shape the regional approach, and strengthen Worley’s profile and reputation.

You will oversee internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, and issues and crisis management, coordinating with global centers of expertise, agencies and local networks to deliver aligned outcomes across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• 12+ years Corporate Affairs or communications experience, preferably in a complex, global organization.
• Proven ability advising executives and coordinating internal/external communications, including on social media.
• Experience leading teams, setting priorities, managing performance and developing capability.
• Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA as required to support leaders and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the principal Corporate Affairs advisor to the EMEA President and UK Senior Vice President.
• Translate EMEA business strategy into integrated Corporate Affairs priorities and plans.
• Lead the EMEA Corporate Affairs team and set clear expectations for performance.
• Oversee internal, external and leadership communications, stakeholder engagement, and issues/crisis management.
• Shape a coordinated regional approach to positioning Worley around priority markets and opportunities.
• Strengthen executive and employee communications with clear narratives and thought leadership.
• Lead cross-border issues, develop regional risk strategies, and ensure escalation protocols are followed.
• Integrate regional partners, global centers of expertise, agencies, and local networks.
