Job summary

Constructor, a rapidly growing AI-powered product discovery platform, is looking for a Commercial and Privacy Counsel to support its EMEA operations. As a vital member of the legal team, you will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on GDPR and other regulations, and streamline legal processes for a dynamic international business.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a law degree from an accredited institution. Enjoy a competitive compensation package and unlimited vacation time in a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of legal experience in European data protection and commercial technology transactions.
• Experience serving as in-house counsel, ideally at a technology or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with legal issues surrounding AI products.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS customer agreements for EMEA customers.
• Support commercial strategy for Constructor's enterprise sales in EMEA.
• Advise product teams on privacy-by-design principles related to data use.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong negotiating skills

Sound judgment and prioritization

Hands-on experience running privacy programs

Education

Law degree from an accredited institution in the EU, US, or UK

Qualified to practice law in at least one EU member state, US, or UK
