Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited law school.
3–5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS or technology transactions.
Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
Ability to provide clear guidance to non-legal stakeholders.
Experience using AI or legal tech to streamline drafting.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and order forms.
Support Sales/Customer Success to close deals quickly while managing risk.
Respond to customer contract requests and handle redlines.
Improve templates, clause libraries, and contract workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Security/Privacy to align terms with product.
