Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Mako EMEA to define and execute the regional brand strategy driving adoption and portfolio growth across Europe. You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Leadership and local teams to keep Mako at the center of our Joint Replacement growth.

Leading pan-EMEA campaigns, developing scalable marketing assets, and mentoring the Brand Marketing team are key elements as you influence senior stakeholders in a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Significant experience within medical devices.
• Strong background in Capital Equipment and/or Robotics marketing.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience working in complex international matrix organisations.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term EMEA Mako brand strategy.
• Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans across the Knee and Hip portfolios.
• Lead pan-EMEA marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Partner with US upstream and downstream marketing teams to align global and regional priorities.
• Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leaders.
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across Europe.
• Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Analyse market performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members.
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units within a complex matrix organisation.
