Job summary

Merit Medical Systems seeks a Therapy Leader Embolotherapy to drive strategy and execution across the Embolotherapy portfolio, leading lifecycle management, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, Med Affairs, and supply chain.

You will build market insight through congresses, KOL engagement, and market research, shaping product introductions in multi-country settings while maintaining strong brand leadership and competitive awareness worldwide.

Qualifications

• Educational experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Work related experience equivalent to ten years, with at least five of those in marketing or product management in multi country setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively and to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably ppt, spreadsheets and other applicable software programs.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare professional written and oral presentations and market analysis.
• Strong market research skills and the ability to report research findings with high degree of validity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Embolotherapy business unit strategy and annual marketing plan with stakeholders.
• Ensure execution of the strategy with dashboards and metrics.
• Maintain product knowledge across all product lines.
• Provide sales metrics and analysis (YTD/QTD/MTD) by region.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee marketing efforts with global teams for new product development.
• Develop and deploy clinical communications in collaboration with Med Affairs.
• Manage lifecycle management and demand forecasting with supply chain.
