United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Embedded Software Test Engineer to test and improve software for EV charging solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, develop test protocols, execute tests, and contribute to test automation, including Python scripts.
You’ll collaborate with developers and stakeholders, design embedded test setups, and perform root-cause analysis using tools like debuggers and oscilloscopes. Fluency in English is required, and Almere residents are preferred.
As an Embedded Software Test Engineer at the company, you will focus on testing and improving the software for our electric vehicle charging solutions (ACE, the company Charging Equipment). Our software manages various functionalities, such as back-office integration, load balancing, OCPP communication, vehicle-to-grid, and real-time energy tariffs. You have a passion for technology and experience in testing embedded control systems.
You will be part of the development team and work closely with the testing department and the CI/CD team within an Agile development environment. You will develop and maintain test protocols, execute tests, and create clear test reports. Additionally, you will suggest improvements and work on test automation.
