Job summary

Praxy is seeking an Embedded Software QA Engineer to join our Eindhoven team. You will ensure the quality of firmware on microcontroller-based systems and SBCs, collaborate with software and hardware teams, and drive test plans from design to release.

The role requires hands-on testing of embedded software, CI/CD familiarity, and strong problem-solving skills. You will build verification strategies and maintain traceability across requirements, tests, and defects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in embedded systems.
• Knowledge of MISRA and ASPICE is a plus.
• Experience with testing microcontroller-based systems (e.g., STM32).
• Strong traceability from requirements to tests and defects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements related to firmware and test benches.
• Design, develop, and maintain test documentation and plans.
• Execute functional and integration tests and report results.
• Identify, reproduce, and document defects with steps and logs.
• Contribute to regression campaigns and verification across firmware/hardware.
