Job summary

G2 Recruitment is partnering with an FMCG client in the Amsterdam area to hire an Embedded Software Developer on a permanent basis. You will design and implement embedded software for control systems in consumer appliances, primarily using C and C++ for real-time software.

You'll collaborate with hardware engineers, contribute to fast-paced product development, and help bring innovative household devices to market.

Qualifications

• Background as a software engineer/developer, bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with consumer electronic appliances with complex systems.
• Familiarity with working alongside hardware/electronics engineers.
• Experience using programming languages C and C+ for control systems.

G2 are currently working with an exciting client in the FMCG and consumer appliance sectors who are looking for an Embedded Software Developer to join the team on a permanent basis. They are also open to speaking to freelance/ZZP candidates for short term, interim cover.

The client specialises in consumer equipment and appliance manufacturing projects, and are growing very quickly bringing new products to market with cutting edge technology.

You will be working primarily on programming embedded systems for software development and engineering using C and C+, primarily on control systems for the appliances.

Salary (permanent): €5,000 - €7,000 per month + 8%

Rate (freelance): Competitive market rate
